To anyone still having issues, read my previous post I had no more issues after that. You can still download it manually when you have the Battle. I just did it in case this issue comes back in the future. This is frustrating as I have no other way to get my purchased games. I tried to submit a trouble ticket, but it still wanted me to send all my system information which is a little extreme for an issue involving downloading a file.
